Each session focuses on improving flexibility\, balance\, mobility\, and fluidity – critical components for maintaining independence\, preventing falls\, and enhancing overall quality of life. \nDrawing from ballet\, jazz\, and improvisation\, the class invites participants to explore expressive movement in a supportive\, low-pressure environment.
